Welcome to our CrossFit Foundations Program designed for new and inexperienced members! Our program is led by Head Coach Alex Jones, who is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way.

Our Foundations Program is designed to teach you the fundamental movements and techniques that are the building blocks of CrossFit. You’ll learn the proper form and technique for squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls. You’ll also learn about mobility, flexibility, and proper warm-up techniques to ensure that you’re primed and ready to go for each workout.

In addition to the technical aspects of CrossFit, our Foundations Program also includes guidance on nutrition and recovery. We’ll help you understand the importance of fueling your body properly for the demands of CrossFit training and provide you with guidance on recovery techniques that will help you stay injury-free and ready for your next workout.

Our program is designed with safety in mind, so you can be confident that you’re learning and practicing the movements in a safe and supportive environment. We’ll take the time to ensure that you’re comfortable with each movement before progressing to more advanced exercises.

Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills you need to achieve your fitness goals and feel confident in your ability to tackle any CrossFit workout. By the end of our Foundations Program, you’ll be ready to join our regular classes and take your fitness journey to the next level.
