WOD is our group fitness class, where fitness is more than a solo pursuit – it’s a community effort. Our team of professional coaches leads our group classes to deliver challenging and rewarding workouts to individuals of all fitness levels.
Our group fitness classes are designed to help you achieve your goals: build strength, increase endurance, or improve your overall fitness.
The on-boarding process is for new, inexperienced members and encompasses the 9 foundational movements of fitness. It is designed to prioritize safety, proper technique, and skill development. Over the course of three one-hour sessions, new members will go through screening and mobility assessments, receive detailed instruction on each movement, practice with light or no weight, develop skills through drills, and integrate the movements into a workout. Regular assessments, progress tracking, and ongoing coaching will be emphasized to ensure continued improvement and success in their CrossFit journey.
Our nutrition program is run by a certified nutrition coach who understands the importance of proper nutrition for optimal health and performance in the gym and in your everyday life. Our program is designed to provide the tools and guidance necessary to achieve your nutrition goals: weight loss, improved athletic performance, or simply living a healthier lifestyle.
If you are looking for a deeper individual experience, our gym offers personalized training to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our professional coaches are dedicated to helping you improve your strength, endurance, and overall health through individualized training programs tailored to your specific needs.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve your overall fitness level, our personal training sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals. We take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on exercise, nutrition, recovery, and mindset.
