WOD (Workout of the Day)

Welcome to our CrossFit group classes! At 914 CrossFit, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through dynamic and challenging workouts that will push you to your limits and help you become the best version of yourself.

Our group classes are designed to be inclusive and scalable to all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our staff of professional coaches leads each class from start to finish. Class begins with a warm-up to prepare your body for the workout ahead, followed by a skill session where we focus on a particular movement or technique. Then, we move on to the workout of the day (WOD), designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Our classes incorporate various exercises, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, to ensure a well-rounded workout that targets all major muscle groups. We use a range of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and jump ropes, to keep the workouts varied and interesting.

Our experienced coaches will provide personalized guidance and motivation throughout the class, ensuring you perform each movement safely and effectively. They will also help you set and achieve your individual fitness goals, whether it’s mastering a new skill, improving your endurance, or increasing your strength.
