Welcome to our CrossFit Teens program, led by Chris Shkreli, a Level 2 CrossFit coach passionate about helping teens build strength, conditioning, character, and general physical preparedness (GPP).
Our program is designed for pre-teens and teens aged 11-17 who are looking to improve their fitness and overall health in a safe and supportive environment. We believe that CrossFit is a great way for teens to build confidence, resilience and a positive attitude towards their health and fitness.
Our program focuses on building strength and conditioning through a variety of functional movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls. We also incorporate gymnastics, cardio, and other CrossFit movements to provide a well-rounded fitness program that prepares teens for physical challenges.
In addition to physical fitness, we also focus on character development and building life skills. Our program emphasizes teamwork, leadership, discipline, and perseverance – qualities that are essential for success in all areas of life.
We believe that every teen is unique, with their own goals and aspirations. Our program is designed to meet teens where they are and provide them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their individual goals.
